Pray all 5 daily prayers on time (Fajr is non-negotiable)
Stay in a state of wudu as much as possible, especially before sleep
Repent sincerely for major sins and commit to leaving them
Cleanse your home of statues, pictures of living beings, and dogs
Hadith: 'The first thing for which a person will be brought to account on the Day of Resurrection will be his prayer.' (At-Tirmidhi)
1

Spiritual Detox

To fill a cup with pure water, you must first empty it of dirt. Remove the triggers that empower negativity.

Cut off music and replace it with Qur'an recitation
Protect your eyes from haram content and shameful gaze
Avoid talking about your problems with everyone; keep your secrets
Eliminate fear-based thinking; there is no power except through Allah
Avoid wasting time on mindless scrolling as it weakens the heart and heart's focus.
2

Consistent Dhikr

Dhikr is the armor of the believer. It creates a barrier between you and spiritual harm.

Read Morning and Evening Adhkar faithfully
Perform 100x Istighfar (Astaghfirullah) and 100x Salawat daily
Spend at least 15 mins daily reading or listening to Surah Al-Baqarah
Cultivate constant Tawakul (Trust) - say 'Bismillah' before every action
Sunnah: Reciting 'La ilaha illa Allah waḥdahu...' 100x a day is a protection from Shaytan.
3

House & Environment

Your home is your sanctuary. Cleanse your living space of anything that prevents angels from entering.

Remove statues and pictures of living beings from display
Recite Surah Al-Baqarah in your house every 3 days
Use salt water or Ruqyah water to spray the corners of your rooms
Avoid playing music or hosting gatherings of disobedience
Hadith: 'The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture.' (Sahih Muslim)
4

Direct Ruqyah

Ruqyah is the recitation of the Word of Allah with the intention of cure. It is a Sunnah you can perform yourself.

Recite Surah Al-Fatiha, Ayatul Kursi, and the 3 Quls (Ikhlas, Falaq, Nas)
Blow onto your hands and wipe your body where it hurts
Prepare 'Ruqyah Water' by reciting over a bottle and drinking it
Be consistent. 10 minutes every day is better than 5 hours once a week
Intention (Niyyah) is everything. Believe that Shifa comes only from Allah, not the words themselves.
5

The Power of Du'a

Supplication is the most powerful weapon of the believer. Ask Allah for healing with absolute certainty.

Make Du'a during the last third of the night (Tahajjud)
Utilize the time between the Adhan and the Iqamah
Call upon Allah by His Greatest Names (Al-Hayy, Al-Qayyum)
Don't be hasty; healing happens in Allah's perfect timing
Condtion: Raise your hands and face the Qibla for a more powerful connection during Du'a.
6

Prophetic Lifestyle

The body and soul are connected. Use the natural remedies mentioned in the Sunnah to aid your recovery.

Include Raw Honey, Black Seed (Kaloni), and Olive Oil in your diet
Avoid overeating and processed foods that cause lethargy
Try Hijama (Cupping) if possible, as it is a highly recommended cure
Ensure 7-8 hours of sleep; try to sleep in a state of purity (Wudu)
Prophetic Medicine: 'Use black seed, for in it is a cure for every disease except death.' (Sahih Bukhari)
7

Mindset Shift

True healing is a transformation of the heart. Acceptance of Allah's decree is the ultimate peace.

Have Husn-uz-Zann (Good expectations) of Allah's mercy
Stay disciplined when you feel lazy; Shaytan loves procrastination
Don't rush the results. Healing takes as long as it needs to take
Understand that your struggle is being recorded as an act of worship
Sabr (Patience) doesn't mean not feeling pain; it means not complaining to anyone but Allah.
8

Healing the 'Ayn

The Evil Eye is real and can cause physical and spiritual harm. Learn the specific cures from the Sunnah.

Perform Wudu/Ghusl with the water of the one who gave the eye (if known)
Recite the 3 Quls and Ayatul Kursi over your body repeatedly
Say 'Ma sha' Allah la quwwata illa billah' when seeing something you like
Avoid showing off your blessings to those who might be envious
Hadith: 'The evil eye is true, and if anything were to precede the divine decree, it would be the evil eye.' (Sahih Muslim)
9

Breaking Sihr

Magic (Sihr) is a serious affliction that requires persistent recitation of specific Surahs and intensive Ruqyah.

Recite the 3 Quls 7 times each after Fajr and Maghrib
Drink Ruqyah water mixed with 7 ground green Sidr leaves
Keep house clean of anything associated with magic or amulets
Don't visit 'healers' who ask for your mother's name or use strange items
The Sorcery Verses: Reciting the verses of magic from Surah Al-A'raf, Yunus, and Taha is highly effective.
10

Dealing with Al-Mass

Spiritual possession or touch (Al-Mass) requires a strong heart and the realization that Allah's power is supreme.

Maintain a state of Taharah (Purity) at all times
Recite Surah Al-Baqarah daily to drive away rebellious spirits
Listen to or recite the Adhan if you feel a presence or fear
Avoid staying alone in dark, isolated places when feeling vulnerable
Protection: 'Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi will have a protector from Allah, and no shaytan will come near him until morning.'
11

The Long Game

Healing is a lifestyle, not a destination. Maintain your shield to prevent future relapses.

Continue your Morning and Evening Adhkar for life
Keep a weekly 'Spiritual Check-in' with a trusted friend
Don't let your guard down when you feel 100% recovered
Give back by teaching others what you have learned
Consistency: 'The most beloved of deeds to Allah are those that are most consistent.' (Sahih Bukhari)
